We know you’re a little more refined with your taste and have a palate to quench. This is where the Lamar Merlot™ comes in. This board utilizes a cap construction that helps distribute energy downward into the edge to give you better hold. We also gave the edge a 1 degree base bevel and 2 degree side bevel to help prevent those pesky edge catches. Add to that a super-soft, forgiving flex, from the women’s-specific litewood core, and a top-to-bottom layer of bi-axial fiberglass to compose a great all around women’s board. In addition to that soft playful flex, we’ve given it the Anti-Cam™ camber profile which bends the tip and tail up for a looser, more playful feel.

Construction – Cap

Bi-Axial Fiberglass
Two layers of stitched fiberglass at 0º and 90º. A classic for performance and durability, while at the same time forgiving.

Litewood Core
A combination of Paulownia wood (a very fast-growing renewable resource with high fiber qualities) and Bamboo stringers placed at the inserts for increased strength and great overall response.

Carbon Steel Edges
Rockwell 48 carbon steel w/ 1º base bevel & 2º side bevel

UHMW Base
Ultra High Molecular Weight extruded base is a proven performer with a low level of maintenance, offering a consistent glide in any condition.

ANTI CAM™
