Plans for the upcoming season? Put more of my heart back into my riding instead of what people “expect.” Don’t get hurt.

Scariest moment on a snowboard? Any avalanche situation is very scary, but last year in Alaska I felt like I could die most days.

Interests besides snowboarding? Skating, hiking, going to the gym, fast brutal metal music, guns, chillin with my girl, Amy.

Worst injury ever: Last season I hit a tree and tore my PCL, MCL, and severe bone bruise in my knee. Really messed me up physically and mentally as well.

Best website? Not sure. I find myself watching a lot of shitty netflix movies and shows.

Standard skate trick? Melon grab.

Spit or swallow? As long as the task is complete that’s all that matters.

Guilty Pleasure? Oreos and mini Dr. Peppers.

What was your reputation in high school? Punk ass.

Which reality TV show do you secretly want to be the host of? I really hate reality TV but maybe Nitro Circus or something.

Where is your favorite place to ride your LaMar board and why? Jackson. We just have the best pow and steepest mountains in the lower 48.

Which 12/13 LaMar board do you prefer? The Cranium 158. The board rides great and has such a rad graphic.

What is the best thing about growing up and living in Jackson Hole? Having an appreciation for nature, life, the people around you, and incredibly easy access to outdoor activities.

Worst injury ever: I have had a few concussions, broken a few bones, ruined heel, torn meniscus, separated AC, I guess breaking my collarbone into 4 pieces was the worst.

Where is your favorite place to ride your LaMar board and why? Last winter I went to Nelson, BC that was my favorite place to ride my boards!

Tell us about Spedelli’s. My brother Sam and I started a restaurant that is in a great location of SLC to stop in for a bite after shredding some Utah pow. We saw a good opportunity and we did everything we could to make it happen. We proudly serve some of the best Pizza, Wings and Philly’s in the world and have been open since October, 2011. It’s a dream we had that we are making into a reality, hoping to grow into something great some day.

Where is your favorite place to ride your LaMar board and why? That’s hard, I found it to work great most places like powder, jumps, rails, groomers. I have found it to hold up well and work in all conditions.

What is awesome about snowboarding? Many things! For me, as soon as I’m riding every worry in my head just disappears. It’s a way to escape from everything. It always brings a smile to my face!

If you were on death row, what would your last meal be? My Mom’s homemade roast beef & yorkshire pudding with all the trimmings.

Why did the chicken cross the road? Well, after he rolled in mud & crossed the road again I’d say because he was a dirty double-crosser!

What was your reputation in high school? I was middle of the road. Not the cool kid and not the geek/loner. I was pretty quiet. Everyone was into Soccer and I was the only kid with a Skateboard!
